Thamesford Lions Roadside Cleanup

Three times a year, the Thamesford Lions Club takes to the roadsides of Oxford County to help keep our community clean and beautiful. As part of our ongoing agreement with Oxford County, we conduct roadside cleanup events in both the spring and fall.

Our Spring Roadside Cleanup will take place on Saturday, April 26th, with volunteers meeting at River Park at 9:00 AM.

Our cleanup covers:

• Highway 2 East from River to Line 21
• Highway 2 West from the Fire Hall to Hunt Road
• Highway 19 from Highway 2 to Line 21

For safety reasons, due to roadside conditions and potential hazards, this cleanup is a club-member-only event and is not open to the public.

We are proud to do our part in maintaining the natural beauty of Thamesford and appreciate the dedication of our volunteers in making this initiative a success!
