Dick Dufton, Rebecca Haggerty, Kurt Sawyer and I worked a lot of hours planning for this event and during the event including preparing the park and pollinator garden site and preparing for the BBQ.
The day of the event Norma Wood and Doris Weir helped a few hours.
BBQ was managed by Sheldon Wade, Kurt Sawyer, Mike Anderson, Francine Overeem, Chris Mayo, Derek Collins and Rebecca Haggerty. Dick and I helped clean up and return tables and BBQ’s to Dan Fisher’s
Yesterday Derek Collins and Steve Gordon delivered mulch to River park for the pollinator garden and I picked up a load of mulch with my trailer. Dick Dufton, Scott Beam and I put mulch around all small trees in River park.
I estimate 100 hours Lions community service for this event.
